Wei-Li Yeh has experiences in litigation and providing legal services regarding transactional matters. He specializes in civil law (damage compensation), defamation law, corporate law, securities, white collar crimes, and general consultation.
Due to the interest in civil and corporate law, after graduating from College of Law, Wei-Li attended the graduate school of commercial law division of National Taiwan University. He took many courses related to civil law during graduate school period, therefore he specializes in civil law. And he also chose civil defamation law as the research topic of his master thesis.
During the time in graduate school, Wei-Li passed the bar examination in high scores. After joining Chen & Lin, he handles legal disputes such as nominating an inspector of the company, the contract dispute between famous singer and her agent, labor disputes, construction dispute, patent, environmental pollution, and civil compulsory enforcement. He especially has substantial experiences of white collar crimes.
With his ability in negotiation and exquisite knowledge of the cases in front of him, Wei-Li achieved good results in many complicated cases, including helping many foreign and domestic clients get paid of the damage they claim quickly.
