Ray graduated from the Department of Law at National Taipei University. He focuses on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. During his internship, he participated in regulatory compliance matters for financial institutions and legal due diligence for Taiwanese companies pursuing overseas listings, and advised clients on matters under the Company Act, the Securities and Exchange Act, and the Limited Partnership Act, gaining substantial practical experience in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
