Siyun Pan specializes in the field of commercial law, with a practice focusing on capital markets and financing, M&A, corporate governance and compliance, as well as general contractual disputes.

After graduating from National Chengchi University, Department of Law, Siyun joined Chen & Lin as a legal intern. During this period, she provided various legal consultations and case analysis. Her experience also includes assisting with M&A due diligence, cross-border contract reviews, and non-contentious cases involving personal data protection matters.

Known for her professional and meticulous approach, Siyun identifies and addresses each client’s unique needs with patience. Working closely with the Chen & Lin team, she is committed to providing tailored and high-quality legal services.
