Joming Sun holds dual LL.M. degrees from Boston University and Soochow University. Prior to admission to the bar, she served as an intern at the White Collar Criminal Division of the Taipei District Court, where she focused on white-collar crimes, including insider trading and securities fraud. She has developed solid research experience and is proficient in handling legal matters in both Chinese and English.
During her traineeship, she participated in financial institution M&A transactions and assisted clients in providing legal advice in areas including the Civil Code, Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act, and Limited Partnership Act. Through this work, she gained practical experience in corporate governance and financial regulatory compliance.
