Sylvia Chen is an expert in both litigation and transaction affairs. Throughout her practice, she handled diverse commercial and civil disputes, counseled clients on corporate governance and compliance, drafted legal memos, and reviewed contracts. Sylvia also represented clients in high-profile cases involving renewable energy investments, derivative transaction disputes, and director misconduct lawsuits.

Sylvia attended University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and focused on U.S. corporate law, corporate governance, antitrust, and privacy law. She also completed the Wharton Business and Law Certificate program and served as an associate editor at the Journal of International Law, showcasing her fluency in English. After obtaining her LL.M. degree and passing the New York State Bar Exam, Sylvia joined Chen & Lin. Her primary focus within the firm lies in commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, investment, competition, privacy, and compliance consulting.
