Profile

Isabella Chen specializes in the field of commercial law, especially security law and M&A law. She feels passionate about intellectual property law as well. During her graduate studies, Isabella served as a research and teaching assistant for several professors, gaining experiences in conducting thorough legal research. Additionally, Isabella participated in the NTU Consulting Group of Legal Strategy for Startups (CLSS), where she assisted in matters such as contract review, business model planning, and legal risk analysis to multiple startup teams and accelerators.

Isabella joined Chen & Lin in 2022, during which she has experience of handling various kinds of commercial court proceedings. Isabella always makes the best effort to understand the background knowledge of each case and provides legal advice to all clients based thereon.

Isabella is dedicated to working collaboratively with clients to fully understand their needs and objectives. She will work with the outstanding team at Chen & Lin to devise effective legal strategies that achieve those objectives.
