Profile

ShihLan Huang specializes in the field of intellectual property and competition law, and is also well-versed in legal issues related to the entertainment industry. Before joining Chen & Lin, ShihLan worked as a legal intern at Winkler Partners Attorneys-at-Law, where she assisted in researching various domestic and comparative law issues regarding trademark law, copyright law, fair trade law, and entertainment law cases. During this time, she became familiar with foreign legal databases and literature, while also improving her English language skills.

During the period of studying for master degree, ShihLan focused on enhancing her expertise in intellectual property law and competition law. Additionally, she participated in the NTU Consulting Group of Legal Strategy for Startups, where she collaborated with several startup teams, providing legal opinions, contract reviews, and business model planning services. After graduating from graduate school, ShihLan joined Chen & Lin as an intern, assisting in handling various litigation cases and offering legal advice on a wide range of client matters.
