Yan Cheng Lai specializes in the field of Commercial Law. Before joining Chen & Lin, Yan Cheng was an intern attorney at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. He has experience in reviewing contracts, drafting legal memos, advising labor issues, and handling foreign investment applications.

After obtaining his bachelor's degree, Yan Cheng passed the bar exam. Yan Cheng then sought to pursue his master's degree and majored in commercial law at National Taiwan University, where his thesis is "The Significance of Corporate Resolutions: Reflection on the Relationship between Defective Resolutions and the Validity of Corporate Actions". Additionally, he served as an intern or a student assistant for several institutions, gaining experiences in legal practice and strengthening teamwork skills.
