Profile

Paige Lu was an intern and then associate attorney at New Hope Law Firm, where she handled a broad range of matters, covering litigations and non-contentious business. Paige has successfully represented clients in several civil lawsuits and also facilitated many settlements involving disputes over various contracts, financial investment conflicts, derivative financial products, real property transactions, performance dispute in construction cases and provisional remedy and enforcement procedures arising from such disputes. Additionally, Paige has represented government agencies in dispute resolution and has experiences in handling high-profile criminal cases, involving bank fraud, financial statement fraud, and violations of the Anti-Corruption Act. She is also experienced in handling criminal cases involving fraudulent, conversion, breach of trust, and document forgery.

Paige is also knowledgeable and competent in providing multiple types enterprises with services of legal consultation and contract review and drafting in both English and Chinese, including various matters of offshore wind farm projects, share transaction, distribution and agency agreements, labor contracts and regulations, company capital increase, asset trusts and syndicated loans. Moreover, she has successfully assisted a listed company accomplish the retroactive handling of public issuance procedures for privately placed securities.
