Diane Chen specializes in the field of commercial law. Before pursuing her LL.M at National Taiwan University, Diane majors in international business. During her graduate studies, Diane also strengthened her communication and presentation skills through participating in M&A moot competition.
After obtaining her master degree and passed the bar exam, Diane joined Chen & Lin as an intern attorney during which she has experience of handling non-litigation matters, such as legal due diligence cases, foreign investment applications, company registration applications, drafting legal memos and reviewing contracts.
Diane will collaborate with the outstanding team at Chen & Lin to provide high-quality legal services for all clients.
