Profile

Before joining Chen & Lin, Eden Huang was an attorney at Dentons Taiwan; where he focused on dispute resolution. He has successfully represented clients in several lawsuits and has also facilitated many settlements. He also has experience in managing cross-border litigation and non-contentious business, which enables him to have good foreign language communication and case handling skills.

Since obtaining his bachelor’s degree, Eden passed the bar exam. Then he sought to pursue his master degree and majored in commercial law at National Taiwan University, where his thesis is “On Clarification of the Elements of Article 155, Paragraph 1, Sub-paragraph 4 of the Securities and Exchange Act”. At the same time, Eden was a teaching and research assistant of Professor Ching-Ping Shao, and he gained knowledge about Company Act and had in-depth research and observation on the legal system of manipulation of the securities market.
