Yi Hsin Chen specializes in the field of Commercial Law. Before joining Chen & Lin, Yi Hsin was an intern attorney at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. She has experience in handling trademark and copyright infringement cases, reviewing purchase, licensing agreements, and advising foreign clients.
Since obtaining her bachelor’s degree, Yi Hsin passed the bar exam. Yi Hsin then sought to pursue her master degree and major in commercial law at National Taiwan University, where her thesis is“The Study of Shareholder Agreements: Focusing on Voting Agreements and Shareholder Control Agreements”. Meanwhile, she participated in a research project regarding the regulation of securities token offering and did comparative law research of ten countries’ STO regulation regimes. She also took part in several moot court competitions (e.g. Vis Moot), which improved her research and presentation skill.
