Wenyu Li specializes in the field of labor disputes and litigation cases. Before joining Chen & Lin, she mainly assisted in labor disputes and civil cases during her internship in Lee and Li, including labor law compliance, overtime pay, occupational accidents, illegal termination, and contract disputes. Wenyu also participated in several cases related to arbitration, criminal and administrative litigation, accumulating experience in handling various intricate problems.
Wenyu devotes herself to labor law when pursuing her master’s degree. As a research assistant, she assisted Professor Yueh-Hung Hou in the research of employment law issues such as working time, overtime pay, Act of Gender Equality in Employment, and Labor Incident Act. She is also familiar with collective labor issues such as collective bargaining and unfair labor practices. During the time writing her master thesis, Wenyu attended the University of Wisconsin Law School, focusing on the fields of labor law and contract law, and obtained her master’s degree in 2020.
