Ariel Chen focuses her practices on intellectual property right matters, including the protection, licensing and commercialization of intangible assets. In addition, Ariel has dealt with multiple non-litigation matters, such as legal due diligence for renewable energy and China IPO cases, foreign investment and company registration applications, review and drafting of legal memos and all kinds of contracts, as well as legal researches regarding REITs and consumer protection mechanism on presale houses.

During her undergraduate years, Ariel had been an exchange student at University of California, Berkeley for Fall and Spring semesters. She enrolled in several pre-law courses, including international human rights law, legal history of U.S. property law, U.S. Constitution seminar and legal philosophy seminar, and improved her English abilities. Furthermore, Ariel also strengthened her English communication skills through her work experience with foreign attorneys and clients from the U.S., Swiss and Singapore, etc.
