Wei Lun Lin is a seasoned litigator, with years of experience in company law, securities law, and multiple civil, criminal and administrative lawsuits.
Wei Lun was an intern and then associate attorney at Lin & Shih Attorneys-at-Law; where he focused on dispute resolution. He has successfully represented clients in civil litigation involving disputes over contracts, real property transactions, inheritance disputes, and enforcement proceedings. He was also experienced in handling criminal cases involving fraud, criminal conversion, property destruction.
Wei Lun then worked as an associate attorney at Securities and Futures Investors Protection Center; in which he participated in major financial crimes civil action involving securities fraud liability, insider trading, stock price manipulation and breach of trust crime.
