Profile

Ms. Tien-Jung Wuʼs main practice areas cover general civil and criminal actions and labor disputes. She completed a comprehensive study on labor laws when pursuing her masterʼs degree. In addition to individual labor disputes such as wages and illegal termination, Tien-Jung is also skillful at collective labor issues such as labor union affairs, unfair labor practices, and collective bargaining. She is equipped with experiences including but not limited to labor mediation and litigation, review of employment agreements and collective agreements.

Tien-Jung also devotes herself to domestic and foreign commercial law and law of white collar crime. She has interned at both public and private sectors including the specialized financial panel in Taipei District Court, Hsinchu District Prosecutors Office, and Cathay Life Insurance. She is also familiarized with practical financial law matters as well as the clientʼs needs in this regard.

Tien-Jung will be leveraging her skills and responsible attitude to work alongside with the professional team at Chen & Lin in order to provide timely and precise legal services to clients.
