Po-Hung (Bruce) Yang majored in corporate law, personal data protection law, and intellectual property law. His main working area is commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, capital market, investment, and providing legal consultation service and other non-litigation cases. Bruce did internship in Criminal Court of Taipei District Court and focused on intellectual property infringement case. He also participated in certain legal research projects as research assistant, published his research in a seminar and joined international exchange activities.

Bruce has participated in a variety of investment projects and M&A transactions, responsible for conducting due diligence, reviewing and drafting contracts and applying for foreign investment approval, etc. In addition, he also assisted a Taiwan listed company on the issuance of a Global Depositary Receipt, served a Hong Kong Listed company on establishing subsidiaries in Taiwan, counseled Taiwan venture companies applying approval for investing in Mainland China or foreign companies applying approval for investing in Taiwan, reviewing and drafting distribution agreement, joint investment agreement, IP licensing agreement, NDA and various kinds of contract and providing legal consultation services on commercial laws.

Bruce attended New York University School of law and focused his studies on US corporate law, M&A, financial instruments and capital markets. Bruce also did internship in Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP San Francisco office and assisted on cross-border projects, including asset transfer, investment, equity transactions, etc. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. Bruce is competent to massively and timely deal with English requests from clients and will provide high-quality service to all clients.
