Profile

Ms. Judy Chu is fluent in both Mandarin and English.  She has extensive experience handling civil and criminal litigation for international clients and has assisted clients in US courts' deposition proceedings.  Her area of specialization includes matters of trade secrets, insider trading, false financial statements, employment disputes, business disputes, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts in both Mandarin and English.

With her cool-headed and responsive demeanor, Ms. Judy Chu excels in negotiating and managing unexpected situations, including assisting her clients with severance procedures, criminal searches and seizures, and civil perpetuation of evidence.  Her expertise is highly valued and trusted by her clients.

During her studies at National Taiwan University, Ms. Judy Chu demonstrated outstanding performance, receiving recognition through 17 scholarships.  She also passed the bar exam upon completing her bachelor's degree.  Ms. Judy Chu participated in an exchange program at Radboud University's Faculty of Law, nominated by National Taiwan University's College of Law.  She subsequently earned her master's degree, specializing in criminal law, from National Taiwan University.
