Profile

Ms. Judy Chu has an outstanding academic background. She achieved her degrees with an excellent performance during her time in National Taiwan University. She won up to 17 scholarships including those provided by E.SUN Commercial Bank, Cathay Charity Foundation, Tsar & Tsai Law Firm, and Lexcel Partners Attorneys at Law. Furthermore, she was nominated by the College of Law, National Taiwan University to participate in an exchange program at the Faculty of Law, Radboud University.

Judy has a great command of both Mandarin and English. She is knowledgeable and capable of dealing with multiple types of litigation cases as well as non-litigation matters for both local and foreign clients. She has experience in matters of trade secrets, technical royalties, service fees, construction disputes, illegal occupation of real property, waste disposal, government procurement, labor laws, land tax, mortgage of personal property, share transaction and pledge, compulsory enforcement on trust property, virtual bank application, due diligence investigations, Mandarin and English contract review.
