Profile

Ian Y.T. Lin is good at integrating fields of laws, business and technology with his dual professional backgrounds in law and accounting, and his study on patent damages in graduate school. Additionally, Ian had served his internship in Ernst & Young, reviewing financial statements of an OTC company and had joined UBS to assist contract reviewing and legal compliance.

Ian has practiced mainly in intellectual property and dispute resolution. In addition to advising on legal compliance matters, he has participated in various kinds of cases, including disputes arising from patent infringement, financial derivatives, consumer’s class action, competition law, corporate law, and construction law.
