H.J. Fan is skilled in economic and financial law and proficient in English ability.  During the years in the law school, she has not only majored in corporate law and financial regulations, but also participated in many extracurricular activities regarding international affairs, e.g. participating in 2015 WTO/FTA Moot Court Competition and won Runner up and Best Written Submission of Respondent. 

H.J. is the expertise both in litigation and transaction affairs.  For litigation affairs, she has dealt with labor, real estate and various kinds of business disputes, including application for company inspector, enforcement of shareholders’ buy back right and arbitration regarding shareholders’ agreement and share purchase agreements.  For transaction affairs, she has handled declarations for investment in Mainland China, application for tax exemption or enjoying limited tax rate under an Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation, M&A due diligence, application for VISA, and legal consultation related to election advertisement or any other restrictions on freedom of speech etc.

H.J. holds high interest in energy industry, particularly in the development for green energy that Taiwanese government devoted into recent years.  As a person of teamwork, she definitely can provide the most comprehensive and professional legal services to every customer.
