Hannah Liu attended the graduate school of public law division of National Taiwan University due to the interest in personal data protection act. She chose GDPR and Personal Data Protection Act as the research topic of her master thesis. She also participated in many international extracurricular activities, e.g. participating in 2018 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court and won Runner up in Taiwan Qualifying Rounds.
Hannah has participated in both in litigation and transaction affairs. For litigation affairs, she dealt with labor, arbitration, and various kinds of administrative disputes, including administrative appeal for air pollution and investment from Mainland China, administrative litigation and filing a petition for constitutional interpretation. For transaction affairs, she has experience in due diligence for M&A and capital market projects, contract review, and legal consultation for corporate clients.
