Profile

Fenny C.F. Wu has equipped with the ability of integrating knowledge of technology, business and laws since college and graduate school. Moreover, she had joined a FMCG company, an accounting firm as well as a bank for short-term trainings for assisting in disputes resolution, planning strategy about domestic and overseas projects and maintaining intellectual properties.

After joining Chen & Lin, Fenny has focused her practice on intellectual property laws (patent, trademark, copyright, etc.), including counseling, licensing, negotiation and litigation, contract drafting & reviewing and advising companies on legal compliance. She has assisted a famous pharmaceutical firms and ICT company in their IP dispute resolutions in Taiwan, and food and cosmetics companies in trademark protection and licensing.

In conjunction with interdisciplinary knowledge of technology, business and laws, Fenny will provide each client with professional services with a mind of cautiousness and flexibility.
