Profile

Wei-Cheng Lin participate in legal consulting services during his college, cultivating the ability to grasp facts and issues quickly and communicate properly. During his time in National Taiwan University, he majored in commercial law. On the basis of general civil and criminal law, he further studied corporate governance, finance law, FinTech and securities investment trust act, etc. Furthermore, he particularly researched on the corporate governance role of institutional investors.

Wei-Cheng has dealt with various civil, criminal and commercial litigious affairs in Chen & Lin, including matters of trade secrets, insider trading, personal data protection, annulment of shareholders’ meeting resolution, civil torts and administrative appeals, etc. He also has experience in transaction affairs such as due diligence and legal consultation for corporate clients.
