Eunice Chen passed the bar exam right after graduation from the law school. During graduate school, she specialized in financial laws, and participated in several research projects of National Science Council and Agency Against Corruption on financial crimes. She had also served as a summer intern in the panel for serious financial crime office of Taipei District Court and Hsinchu District Prosecutors Office.
After joining Chen & Lin, Eunice was in charge of diverse litigation cases, especially major financial crimes involving underground futures trading, insider trading and fraudulent conveyance. She also has abundant experience in dealing with food safety, government procurement and engineering cases with high visibility. Due to her expertise in handling cases with immense amount of materials, she can rapidly see the whole picture of a complicated lawsuit.
