Ying-Yi Lee and Yi-Hsin Chen were invited to contribute the “Energy OMNI Expert's Eyes Column”-“Offshore Wind Farm Development: An Overview of the Administrative Contracts”. The article focuses on potential legal issues and related disputes involved in the administrative contracts during the off shore wind farm Phase 3 Zonal Development in Taiwan. It provides an analysis of the legal basis for administrative contracts and issues related to the reasonableness and predictability of the contract terms. It provides readers with a different perspective on offshore wind farm development.
