Edward Liu and Doris Lu are invited by the Independent Director Association Taiwan to host training programs, "The Protection of Key Technology - Introduction to Taiwan Trade Secret Act" and "M&A Practice and Case Study", for the directors and senior officers of an OTC company on October 25, 2022.  Edward and Doris, through case analysis and sharing of experience, guide the directors and senior officers to catch the main ideas and issues in terms of the protection of trade secret and M&A.
