Chien Ting Tung specializes in the field of Civil Law. Before joining Chen & Lin, Chien Ting was an intern attorney at Lee & Li Attorneys-at-Law. He has experiences in handling contract reviewing, corporate governance, labor issues, M&A, and advising foreign clients.
After obtaining his bachelor's degree, Chien Ting passed the bar exam. Chien Ting and then pursued his master's degree and majored in civil law at National Taiwan University, where his thesis is "Abuse of Rights: Focus on the Cases of Claims for Removal and Restitution on Real Property". Also, his research was accepted by academic journal. Meanwhile, he participated in a research project regarding the evolution of civil code by Pro. Chung-Jau Wu. Chien Ting also joined National Taiwan University Law Journal as an assistant editor. Those experiences provide him with the ability to conduct thorough legal research.
